Portrait Photography
We use portrait pictures as landmarks to document our lives, and for many years afterwards, to evoke our precious memories. Whether its singles, couples, familiy groups, the coming of age or the passing of years, I would take great pleasure in capturing your moment in time.
All my portraits are photographed away from a studio, either outdoors or in-situ. Whether its the intimacy or the excitement, I find that this kind of photography gives me the inspiration to capture portraits which are that little bit special.
I prefer to photograph my portraits at Loch Lomond, but if you prefer we can do this at your home, at a nearby park in Glasgow, or somewhere that is special to you. Its important you enjoy the session, which will be as relaxed and informal as it could possibly be. There is no real time limit for the session, and I'll only stop taking pictures when I think we've got enough pictures. Can't make up your mind? Then why not visit my galleries to see for yourself...

Photographs - and nice things to hang on the wall...
Online Galleries
All my clients receive a password protected online gallery for six months, and from here you can preview your pictures or buy prints, canvas or acrylics.
Prints and Books
Any prints you order are silver based, and not ink. They are printed at the UK's premier photo-lab. Or if you prefer, you could even have a selection of your pictures printed into a wonderfully cute and time lasting coffee table book.
Canvas and Acrylics
If you prefer something for the wall, my canvases are traditionally made using silver based prints and artists canvas. The acrylics are bright, modern, luxurious - and would look good on any wall.

Your Investment
Pictures taken properly can capture the moment - an age, a time or an occasion - and these pictures let us re-live those moments, time and time again. This is why they pictures are an investment for future memories.
I'm not the kind of photographer who shoots the white-background jumping around kind of portraits, and neither do I charge those kind of prices. My portrait photography is a mixture of styles, and depending on the age or the occasion, I'll adjust my photography to suit you. Most of all, my aim is to capture the moment with creative and life-lasting pictures.
My portrait fee is £200, which includes the one hour session and a £50 print credit - with the option to purchase files, prints, slideshows, coffee table books, acrylics or canvases from your online gallery. The choice is yours. If you want to know more then please email, or better still, why not give me a call so we can talk or Skype about what you are looking for.
